To The Monologue Shop, LLC:

I am today submitting to you herewith the following original MONOLOGUE which I wrote and/or control. The work is wholly original to me or is otherwise derivative of a work in the public domain.

I am submitting the MONOLOGUE upon the following express understanding and conditions:

l. I acknowledge that I have not requested permission to disclose to you and to carry on certain discussions and negotiations with you in connection with the MONOLOGUE.

2. I agree that I am voluntarily disclosing the MONOLOGUE to you at my request. I understand that you shall have no obligation to me in any respect whatsoever with regard to the MONOLOGUE unless and until you decide to pay for the exclusive license to post the MONOLOGUE on THE MONOLOGUE SHOP website.

3. I agree that your acceptance of my MONOLOGUE for licensing shall be demonstrated by your return e-mail to me advising of same. Following your delivery to me of any such e-mail, you shall also send payment to me via U.S. or International Mail of twenty U.S. dollars (US$20.00). I agree that any discussions we may have with respect to the MONOLOGUE shall not constitute any agreement expressed or implied as to the licensing or use of the MONOLOGUE which I am hereby disclosing to you in writing unless you advise me of same in an e-mail and thereafter make payment to me.

4 Your notice to me via e-mail of your intention to license the MONOLOGUE and your payment to me of twenty U.S. dollars (US$20.00) shall authorize you to use, control and post on-line via the Internet or via any other digital medium now known or hereafter devised the MONOLOGUE for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date you notify me by e­mail of such intention.

5. I further agree that should you license the use of the MONOLOGUE from me, during the twenty-four (24) month term thereof, I shall have no right to distribute the MONOLOGUE to any other monologue service, regardless of whether such service primarily conducts its business on the Internet.

6. I acknowledge that but for my agreement to the above terms and conditions specifically detailed in this On-Line Submission Release, you would not accede to my request to receive and consider the MONOLOGUE that l am submitting to you herewith.

7. Should you license more than ten (10) MONOLOGUE's from me, I agree to provide you with a one paragraph biography for posting on the website at your sole and absolute discretion. Should you license more than thirty (30) MONOLOGUES from me, I agree to provide you with a photograph and one page biography for posting on the website at your sole and absolute discretion.

8. I warrant and represent that I have the right and power to execute this document and that the attached MONOLOGUE is original to me, that I am the owner of all copyrights related thereto and further that the MONOLOGUE does not defame, infringe upon or violate the rights of privacy, publicity or any other rights of any person, firm, or corporation and is not the subject of any litigation or claim that might give rise to litigation. I agree to defend and indemnify THE MONOLOGUE SHOP, its assignees and licensees against any breach of any of the warranties in this paragraph and in this agreement and agree to later execute any document or do such other acts and deeds as may be required by THE MONOLOGUE SHOP or its assignees or licensees to further evidence or effectuate its rights hereunder.

I AGAIN ASSERT THAT I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE SUBMISSION RELEASE CONTAINED ON THIS PAGE AND WISH TO SUBMIT A MONOLOGUE FOR REVIEW AND POSSIBLE LICENSE BY THE MONOLOGUE SHOP, LLC

Should THE MONOLOGE SHOP, LLC choose to post your monologue, a confirmation of this decision will be returned to you via e-mail and payment will be delivered to you via U.S. or International mail, whichever is applicable.

THE MONOLOGUE SHOP, LLC pays a license fee of twenty ($20.00) per monologue and by such payment obtains the exclusive rights to post such monologue on the Internet or via other digital medium for a period of twenty-four (24) months following e-mail notice to you of its intentions.
